Our aim is to make the transition from MMAP to mainstream schools as smooth as possible. 

We build strong relationships between families and mainstream schools whilst also building relationships between teachers and pupils. 

We feel that when everything is in place, the pupil’s anxieties are lowered. This allows the mainstream school and its teachers to see the pupil’s true potential which has seen at MMAP. 

A review takes place after the pupil has been at MMAP for approximately 8 weeks after the pupil first attended. At the review, the mainstream school is invited, whether it be the pupil’s home school or the new school that they’re going to be re-integrated into.  

The pupil, pupil’s parents/carers and anyone who has an interest in the pupil’s education is invited to attend the review also.
